Our production lines are adapted to small, medium or bigger batches. They contribute to improve your adaptability to the market trends.

Respecting your brief, the variety of our equipment enables us to produce under vacuum, under controlled atmosphere or in distinct workshop from 100 kg to 17 tons (according to the type of bulk) of:
  • Liquids (solutions, shampoos, milks, micro-emulsions, oils)
  • Emulsions (oil/water or water/oil)
  • Pastes (ointments, balms, waxes)
  • Micronised suspensions (fluids, semi-fluids)
  • Gels (aqueous or alcoholic)
  • Foaming products (gels, shampoos)
  • Powders (mixes, aspersions, impregnations, adsorptions).
  • Alcoholic products (EDT)

Our tanks are specifically dedicated to the manufacture under vacuum, for cold or hot process and also for the production of gels, emulsions and masks :

  • Inox storage tanks from 1000 to 16000 litre
  • Inox tanks for the preparation of solutions, emulsions and creams, from 500 to 17000 litre. These tanks work under
  • vacuum, under controlled temperature, and are equipped with different mixers type Raineri or Becomix.
  • Plastic tanks for the preparation of liquid products from 100 to 1000 litre
  • Melting houses from 250 to 1500 litre
  • Powder mixers from 200 to 400 kg
  • Icing system for the perfume industry
